ROLE & Benefits
The right person will provide excellence in teaching, seeing, correcting, demonstrating, group management, and above all, attitude & presence. They lead opening prayers, warmups, stretching, strength, conditioning, and postworkout for both private and group coaching clients. Each week, lead coaches do 8-15 hours of group class coaching, 6+ hours of private coaching, and multiple 1-on-1 “First Class Experiences” for new prospects. They take an active role in retention of a client group with multiple monthly personal touchpoints. They attend biweekly team meetings, contribute to the evolution and direction of the gym, and support regular gym-community events.

skills & requirements
-Credentials: CrossFit Level 1 certificate at minimum
-Availability: consistent availability in either mornings or evenings
-Participation: you must be actively doing CrossFit yourself if you want to lead CrossFit here
-Speaking: excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills
-Writing: excellent written communication skills are preferred but not required
-Experience: here, candidates first hone their craft as assistant coaches, and graduate to lead coaching once they have demonstrated excellence.
