Set 2: 75%
Set 3: 80%
Set 4: 83%
Set 5: 85%
In 7-8:00 minutes, build to working load.
Then: 1 set every 3:00 or so.
Odd Object/Gymnastics Conditioning, Short/Sprint Duration

10 rounds for time:
1 farmers’ carry down & back
6 sit-ups, GHD
