Muscle-Up Transitions:
On “low” gymnastics rings:
1) Pull to chest, transition, lockout using leg assistance (catchers’ stance)
2) Same, but with two-point
3) Same, but with single-point
4) Same, but as a jumping MUP (no legs to assist lockout at top)
5) From a hand (no legs)
Weightlifting/Gymnastics Conditioning, Long-Duration
“Team Nate” in teams of 2:
AMRAP 20, alternating rounds:
2 muscle-ups
4 handstand push-ups
8 kettlebell swings
MUP: SC=hardest pull-up, RX & RX+=muscle-ups (ring or bar)
HSPU: SC=<full-range wall, RX=full-range wall, RX+=10# deficit
KBS: SC=light-medium, RX=53/35, RX+=70/44
